PopEvent Afternoon Tea Series -- NYC

Hi, I’m Caitlin Carey, founder of PopEvent.

After more than a decade in the industry, I saw the same challenge repeat itself — planners spending too much time sourcing venues, vetting vendors, and rebuilding workflows for every event. There was no centralized, trusted system to support how events for work actually get planned.

So we built one.

The new PopEvent platform brings together a curated network of venues, service providers and peer-driven insights — designed to make planning more efficient, repeatable and informed.

The Afternoon Tea Series is an extension of that vision.

An intimate, invitation-style experience for corporate event planners to:

• Explore the PopEvent platform in a hands-on, practical way
• Learn how to become an inside reviewer and build credibility within the network
• Connect with other planners shaping how events are executed today

We’ll be hosting this series across NYC, Boston and DC, each in a thoughtfully selected setting that reflects the kind of experiences we champion.
